Business Aviation Day
Business aviation day was a huge success!
On our ramp, we had many examples of business aviation on display. We had the museum's own Lockheed Lodestar, the Texas Children's Hospital Citation, along with a Hawker 800, and a King Air B200.
The Hawker and the King Air are part of the fleet at Gulf Coast Aviation, a Part 135 carrier based at Atlantic at Hobby Airport.
We also had our raffle plane, as well as a Beechcraft Bonanza owned by museum president and aviation attorney, Drew Coats.
Out front, we had the Houston chapter of the BMW Car Club of America with a line of BMW's in the parking lot.
It was a clear day, but a bit windy. After about 3pm, some clouds started rolling in and the wind was picking up even more. It was another great Wings & Wheels!
