Vietnam War Flight Museum day

Just two doors down from the museum is the Vietnam War Flight Museum, founded in 2002 by Houston, TX aviator Rick Sharpe and is dedicated to educating the public about the service and sacrifice to the United States by the veterans of the Vietnam War.

They brought their two Douglas A-26 invaders, "Fire Eaters", and "Million Airess". Fire Eaters was featured in the movie "Always".

We had many other fly in visitors including several Cirrus aircraft, two Cessnas, as well as the Amelia's Landing RV-8 from the Amelia's landing Hotel in Port Aransas, TX
