Operating hours & admission

The 1940 Air Terminal Museum is open to the public between the hours of:

10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday

1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday

The Museum is closed on Mondays.

Admission is $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for children.

Wings & Wheels Ticket prices: $7 Adults, $3 Kids (12 and under)

The 1940 Air Terminal Museum is proud to be a Blue Star Museum, which is a partnership among Blue Star Families, the National Endowment for the Arts, and more than 850 museums in all 50 states to offer free admission to military personnel and their families from Memorial Day, May 30, 2011, through Labor Day, September 5, 2011.

Museum Day is an annual event hosted by Smithsonian Media in which participating museums across the country open their doors for free to anyone presenting a Museum Day Ticket.
